Shipping & Delivery
Each product comes carefully placed in jewelry box or pouch, wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a mailing box or bubbled envelope. You will receive an email once your order ships with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. For all domestic orders we ship UPS & USPS. The least expensive UPS ground typically takes 5-7 business days. Expedited and overnight shipping is generally available. If available, you can select expedited and overnight shipping at checkout. Orders of $1000+ will require an adult signature due to the nature of the shipment. If you place an order after business hours on Friday your package will be shipped on Monday. We will not sell, share or trade any information you provide to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to notify you via email of promotions and upcoming sales.
Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Jewelry Yard will accept eligible items for return. If you would like to make a return, please email info@jewelryyard.com with your order number and we will send an email with return shipping instructions (no refund will be granted without processing a return request). Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 10 business days from the delivery date of your order. Returns after the 10-day period are only eligible for store credit up to 30 days after the delivery date. Once your return is processed, the purchasing card will be credited for the merchandise amount only. We cannot refund shipping charges on return items. Please noted that engraved, customized, personalized and special orders cannot be returned. If a product is not returnable, it will be noted on the product page. Additionally, a few select non-personalized pieces may not be returnable. If that is the case you will be notified BEFORE we process your order, giving you the option to cancel the order.
Exchange
Jewelry Yard will accept items for exchange up to 30 days after receipt. We can only accept exchanges on items purchased on jewelryyard.com. For jewelry yard styles purchased from another retailer, please contact that retailer directly. If you would like to make an exchange, please email info@jewelryyard.com with your order number and we will send an email with exchange shipping instructions (no exchange will be granted without processing a exchange request). Once your exchange is processed, you will be emailed a digital card in the amount of the original purchase price of the piece(s) less return shipping charges. Please noted that engraved, customized, personalized items and special orders cannot be exchanged. If that is the case you will be notified BEFORE we process your order, giving you the option to cancel the order.

We only accept credit cards at the moment through our SECURED ONLINE PAYMENT, PCI-DSS COMPLIANCE with Square. We do everything we can to ensure that the prices on our and other companies websites are correct, and we reserve the right not to accept a price listed on a site other than our own. Prices may be changed at any time without further notice. We reserve the right to change our product's prices at any time without further notice. We do our best to make the picture online as close to their actual size as we can, but the pictures are not necessarily to scale. Some descriptions include dimensions for the pieces. Ordering
Most items ship immediately, provided that item(s) is in stock. If an item(s) is sold out or on backorder, you will see an estimated delivery date on checkout. All orders placed for production will take 6-7 weeks to receive. If your order is ready before the estimated date, the item will ship as soon as it is complete.
